**Purposes:** &#x27;the advancement of public participation in sport&#x27;,&#x27;the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended&#x27;

**What the charity does:** We believe cricket strengthens communities and are committed to making it accessible to all. This year, we&#x27;ve delivered tangible results:  Expanded School Engagement: Provided free cricket sessions to Doune, Dunblane, St. Mary&#x27;s Episcopal, and Newton primary schools. Established a dedicated free lunchtime girls&#x27; cricket session at Newton Primary. Hosted a free cricket festival for participating schools. Supported Newton Primary&#x27;s participation in the Cricket Scotland Boys and Girls Cup.  Promoted Women&#x27;s Participation: Offered free evening softball cricket sessions and competitions for women.  Invested in Coach Development: Provided grants for three coaches to enhance their skills. Funded First Aid training for three coaches. Sponsored a young member to attend the ClubSport Stirling Coaching Academy.  Broadened Community Outreach: Introduced cricket to Brownies, Boys Brigade, Blair Drummond Youth Club, and Sisterhood Youth Club.

**Objectives:** The organisation&#x27;s purposes are: the advancement of public participation in cricket. and  the organisation of recreational activities. within Doune, Dunblane and the surrounding area, with a particular focus on encouraging the development of young and new players, and women&#x27;s cricket, through, but not limited to a) collaboration with existing or new clubs that promote cricket locally. b) supporting the development of individuals, players, coaches, cricket officials and other volunteers. c) participating in league, cup and other cricket competitions and events associated with the sport.
