## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

WILDE Scotland is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) established in 2024. It is governed by a Constitution and managed by a board of charity trustees. The charity is run by experienced educators committed to promoting positive outcomes for children and young people. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

WILDE Scotland was established to empower and transform the lives of children and young people through the advancement of education, sport, community development, and equality. Although no activities were delivered in the financial year ending 31 March 2024, the charity laid essential foundations for future delivery, including development of programmes, governance, and planning. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

As this was the charity’s first year of operation, efforts focused on legal registration, governance structures, and strategic planning. No income was received, and no charitable activities were delivered during this period. 

## **Financial Review** 

There was no income or expenditure in this financial year. The charity held no assets or liabilities as at 31 March 2024.
