In order to maximise the funds available for charitable distribution and given that the charity is in the early stages of existence, the trustees have not instructed any works to be carried out by external parties, and has no outgoings. The trustees are not remunerated for their roles, nor claimed any expenses. 3. In the accounting period the trustees focused upon readying the charity to receive applications, inviting applications and raising awareness of the application process in addition to raising funds. It is anticipated that the charity will grow in the next financial year with increased income and expenditure.
