||Trustees are appointed at an Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Office<br>Bearers (Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer) are elected as Trustees,<br>by members of the Parent Forum (parents and carers of children attending<br>St John Vianney RC Primary School and Early Learning Centre) who are<br>present at the AGM.<br>In addition, one Office Bearer of the St John Vianney RC Primary School<br>Parent Council is co-opted as a Trustee, and one representative of the<br>combined St John Vianney, St Catherine and St Gregory RC parish is also<br>co-opted as a Trustee. Up to 3 individuals who are school support staff,<br>ex-pupils or community members may also be co-opted as Trustees.|

|**Summary of the main achievements of**<br>**the charity during the financial period**|The charity supported the St John Vianney RC Primary School Parent<br>Council in their activities by volunteering their services but did not carry<br>out any financial transactions as a bank account had not been<br>established.<br>The charity applied to OSCR for a change in name to become St John<br>Vianney Primary School Charitable Trust and achieved the change in<br>name.<br>The charity finalised the draft of the new charity Constitution which<br>redefined the aims of the charity as:<br>_The advancement of education which will be achieved by the following_<br>_methods:_<br>_a) Support of the School and Parent Council in provision of academic,_<br>_extracurricular, social or wellbeing enrichment materials and experiences_<br>_for the benefit of the pupils at St John Vianney RC Primary School._<br>_b) Facilitation of equitable access by pupils from all backgrounds to_<br>_academic, extracurricular, social or wellbeing enrichment activities_<br>_supported by the school, thus assisting St John Vianney RC Primary_<br>_School in pursuing their equality, diversity and inclusion aims._<br>The charity notified OSCR of the impending change in purpose of the<br>charity as stated in the draft constitution.|
