**What the charity does:** Sakoon Mind is a charity dedicated to improving mental health and wellness, particularly within the South Asian community. Our charity was founded by a group of passionate mental health advocates who share a vision of a society where mental health is a priority and accessible to everyone. We are committed to providing culturally sensitive and language-specific mental health support to individuals and families. Through advocacy, education, and support programs, we strive to create a stigma-free environment where individuals feel comfortable seeking help for their mental health concerns.  At Sakoon Mind, we are committed to destigmatizing mental health issues and providing accessible resources for individuals and families. We believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can seek help without fear of judgment.
