village. This repair has been made rosst4e ty grants received from
Kippen Community Twst, and the generosty of c￿r ccrfrmunity and
other indlviduals located further afleld have SL'rvThd us with
donat￿S. either fnancially or with their time. or both.
The repair wcfks to the Old Kirk Involved cleariThJ overgrown v8getation
from the remaining structure and repolntlng stonework lo make it safe.
Additional works hav8 b88n und8rtaken in th8 early part of 202&26 to
dean and rèpalnt the bellcote of the Old Kirk. Stirling Councll will make
safe gravestones wlthin the graveyard, which will enable access to b8
granted to persons wlshw to vistt the slte.
In May 2024. Klppen Herltage, provlded support to an archaeological learn
undertaking a dlg at Kelr Hill of Dasher, Klppen. Thls Is the fourth tSme the
Charity has support8d the t8am by encouraglng vlsltors to take part in the
dlg or lo come along to lh8 v181torn' day and find out more about th18
historical site.
Early in the year, Kippen Herltage hèld a vèry succèssful book sale withln
the vlllage. This raised a total of £683 towards annual wnnlng costs and
devekjpment of a new website for the Charfty.
The Charfty reFQrt8d a def(clt of £7,457 for the year, however, thls
Includes grant income and expenditure on the Okl Klrk repalrs. Based on
normal actNity. and excludirKJ income and expendlture for Old Klrk r8palr8,
surplus of £511 can be rewted for the flnanclal period. Total funds at
the end of the year stood at £6.379.

In the cour8e of my examination, no matter has come to my attention
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any rnaterial respect the requirements:
to keep accounting records in accordance with Section 44(1) (a) of the 2005 AGt and
Regulation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations, and
to prepare accounts which accord with the aGcounting records and comply with
Regulation 8 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations have not been met, or
2. to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding
of the accounts to be reached.
