## Reference and Administrative Details 

Cambuslang Community Sports Hub SCIO is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) governed by its constitution and overseen by the trustees. 

## Structure, Governance and Management 

The charity is governed by its constitution and managed by the trustees, who are responsible for ensuring that the charity complies with the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and related regulations. The trustees reviewed the charity’s governing document during the year to ensure it remains appropriate to the charity’s current activities. 

## Objectives and Activities 

The charity’s purpose is to advance community participation in sport and physical activity within Cambuslang and the surrounding area. 

## Financial Review 

The charity undertook no financial transactions during the year ended 30 September 2025. There was no income or expenditure during the period. At the year end, the balance at bank was unchanged from the previous financial year. 

## Reserves Policy 

The trustees consider the level of reserves held at the year end to be appropriate in light of the charity’s current level of activity and future operational needs.
