We develop the skills of people affected by Mental Health problems and use the skills to benefit broader society. Specifically, we have developed and delivered training for managers to promote mentally healthy workplaces, which is in turn to benefit employees, and society broadly. We are also conducting a Systematic review to assess the effectiveness of training delivery by experts by experience as against training development and delivery by those with academically developed skillsets.
Objectives: The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community of people in Scotland who are affected by mental health problems in themselves and/or the people around them (the ?Community?), with the following purposes (the ?Purposes?): The prevention or relief of poverty, The advancement of education, The advancement of health, The advancement of citizenship or community development, The promotion of equality and diversity, any other purpose that may reasonably be regarded as analogous to any of the preceding purposes
