The Charity to set up to do 2 main Activities. First, provide Education and Training to small hold farmers in Kenya so they can realise an enhanced yield and quality of coffee bean – increasing their financial position and standard of living above the poverty line. Coffee Shots will receive a % of the increased Revenue to invest in Coffee Community Infrastructure and expanding the number of Farmers and Communities benefitting from the program. Second is to provide Coffee Industry Training and Employment Opportunities in the Aberdeen and Shire area for disadvantaged persons, through Coffee Roasting and Barista Training. Ultimately the goal is to have a café staffed by those disadvantaged persons, Roasting and Selling some of the Beans produced by the Farmers in Kenya – replacing each Profit stage in the traditional supply chain with a Shot at enriching the Communities where the Coffee Bean is grown and then enjoyed.

Objectives: 4 The organisations purposes are: a) The promotion of Equality and Diversity through creating training and employment opportunities for disadvantaged persons. (b) The advancement of Education and the prevention of Poverty to the people in Coffee Producing Communities.
