Charitable purposes

(a) To advance religious Christian faith by organising religious church activities such as prayer meetings, and one-to-one counseling - online and in-person.

(b) To learn teachings on compassion, kindness, empathy, and other Christian values to promote local community development by reinforcing social unity and stability in Glasgow and Scotland.

(c) To relieve the less privileged in the church and local community experiencing hardship by assisting them with welfare needs such as providing and distributing foodstuffs, and donating clothes, religious books, and journals.

During the reporting period, the charity continued to pursue its objectives of advancing the Christian faith, promoting community development, and providing relief to the less privileged. The main activities included:

Religious Services and Prayer Meetings: Weekly prayer meetings were held both online and monthly in-person prayer meetings, creating opportunities for members and non-members to engage in worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth.
We provided one-to-one counseling services to support members of the congregation with their spiritual and emotional needs.
We ran outreach activities which included the collection and distribution of food parcels, and religious materials to individuals and families experiencing hardship in Glasgow and surrounding communities.

Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner	The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) 2005 Act and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended). The charity trustees
	consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1) (d) of the Accounts Regulations
	does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under section
	44(1) (c) of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent	My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Accounts
examiner’s statement	Regulations. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the
	charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes
	consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks
	explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken
	do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently, I do
	not express an audit opinion on the viewgiven bythe accounts.
