Recommended Practice whlch is referred to in the Re8ulatlOD5 but whi¢h has Sinte been withdrawn.
The flnancial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the luntional currency ol the tharity. Monetary
amounts In these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.

At the time ol approvlng financlal statement5. the trusteÈs have a reasonable expectatlon that the
charity has adequate resources to eontlnue in operational exlstence for the foreseeable lutre. Thus the
trustee5 continue to adopt the goln8 concern basls ol accountin8 Sn preparSn8 the flnancSal statements.
Charltable fvnds
Unrestricted funds are available lor use at the discretion of the trustee5 in furtheran¢e of thelr tharltablè
objectlves unless thè funds have been de51gnated for other purposes.
Restrlcted funds are subject to speclfic condltions by donors as to how they may be used. The purposes
and uses gf the restricted fvnds are set out In the notes to the financial Statements.

A11 income is reco8ni5ed when the charity is legally entitled to it after any performance conditions have
been meL the amounts can be measured reliably, and it is probable that income will be received.

Liabilities are reco8ni5ed as expenditure as soon as there is a legal or constructive obligation committing
the charity to that expenditure. it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in

accruals basis and has been classified under headings that ag8regate all cost related to the cate8ory.
Where costs cannot be directly attributed to particular headin85 they have been allocated to activities basls
consistent with the use of resources.

Provlslons for Ilabllltles
The charity reco8nlses 3 prgvislon for annual leave accrued by employees a5 a result of servSces rendered
in the current period, and which employees are entitled to carry forward and use withln the next 12 months.
The provlsion is measured at the salary cost payablè for the period ol absence.
Depretlatlon
Depreciation is provided on tangible fixed assets so as to wr5te off the cost or valuatlon, less any estimated
residentlal value, over their expected useful economic life as follows..
