**Objectives:** Purposes  4 The organisation's purposes are:  the advancement of citizenship or community development,  the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability,  financial hardship or other disadvantage In furtherance of these Perthshire Welfare Society will:  support all members to reach their potential  provide a platform for the community to share and learn from one  another's experience  develop an ethos of mutual support amongst members and support for  new migrants to adapt to their new society and play active roles in the  community  promote ethnic cultures to other communities - Organising religious  and cultural festivals.  Recruit Volunteers  Work in Partnership with other services  Identify gaps within Perth and Kinross for ethnic minority communities  Organise Lunch Clubs on a monthly basis  Service Awareness sessions  Develop culturally appropriate activities  Work with other Health and Social Care services Social Hub
