Structure, governance and management
Type of governing document TBM SCIO is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO)
governed by its current constitution, dated August 2023.
Trustee recruitment and appointment TBM SCIO has a trustee declaration of eligibility document to ensure that
all eligible trustees meet a certain criteria that ensures that the trustees
have the correct intentions for the charity. This document includes a

Objectives and activities
Charitable purposes The purposes of TBM SCIO are to provide financial and other related
support for the furtherance of such charitable purposes, objects and
institutions, in such proportions and manner as the trustees think fit.

day held during the year. Funds generated during the year were
distributed to The Very Inclusive Play Club, which creates accessible and
inclusive playgrounds for children with additional support needs; Down
Syndrome Scotland, a charity dedicated to improving the quality of life for
people with Down syndrome; and The Spartans FC, a local football club
that was also engaged in charitable fundraising efforts.|
