Trustees, Annual Report
The Trustees present their annual report along with the financial statements of the
Trust for the year ending 31 St July 2024. The financial stalements have been
prepared in accordance with the Trust Deed and the Charities and Trustee
Investment (Scotjand) Act 2005. the Charities Ac(x)unts (ScotlarKI Regulations 2006
(as amended) and the information on the previous pages fonns part of this report.
Struclure, Governance and Management: Objectives
The Craigleith Trust, a seif-funded family wn charity. was created as a Scottish Charitable
Incofporated Organisation (SCIO) by Deed of Trust in 20¥d, acknowledged by OSCR by
email on 19th July 2023. The purpos8 of Ihe Trust is to support groups and organisations in
Scotland and elsewhere that have charttable purpK)ses andlor individuals who are deemed to
be worthy recipients of funding being distributed on a purely Charttable basis for one or more
of the following charitable causes:.
(a) the preventIC￿ or relief of povety.
(b) the advan￿Ment of education:
(c) the advan￿Ment of religion;
(d) the advancement of heallh"

The charity's affairs are managed by the t￿r trust￿, all family members, chaired b•*1
In the year ending 31 * July 2024, no funds were allocated to The Craigletth Trust and
consequently no financial support was prowded by the fund. At this tim8 the SCIO was a
legal 8ntity but efle¢tively moribund during this period, thus no ac(x)unts hav8 been prepared
and available for ins￿￿On.
