Dunbartonshire Disability Sports Club SCIO (DDSC) provides multi sports session at St Peter the Apostle High School, Clydebank on Saturdays from 10am - 12pm, Social swimming sessions and Swimming coaching sessions at the Clydebank Leisure Centre, Clydebank on Sundays from 3.30 - 4.30pm, dance classes at Concord Community Centre, Dumbarton on Tuesdays 17:00 - 18:00 and football training sessions at Gavinburn Primary School on Fridays 17:00-18:00 for children and young people age 5+. The Club organised its annual Residential Disability Sports Camp at Scottish National Sports Centre on September 2023. The camp saw 55 children and young people with additional support need and their parents participating varies activities organised by the DDSC SCIO coaching team. The Club has also run various events throughout the year.

Objectives: 4 For the purpose of the following clauses and throughout this document, the organisations name Dunbartonshire Disability Sports Club SCIO shall in some cases be abbreviated to DDSC or ?the DDSC. The organisations purposes are: a.The DDSC will provide recreational opportunities through sport for those children and young people, primarily but not exclusively, with disabilities in the Dunbartonshire and surrounding areas with the aim of improving their physical and mental wellbeing. b.The DDSC will provide the parents and carers of our members with the opportunity gain valuable respite during club time. We will also promote their participation in sport and provide fitness and health opportunities during this time thus enabling the parents and carers of our members to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. c.The DDSC will further promote the public's participation in sport and advance the public's sense of citizenship by offering valuable volunteering opportunities with our club. d.The DDSC will promote equality and diversity to the wider community by offering support to other sports club and other community groups in the surrounding area.
