Trustee recruitment and appointment —	The board appoints charity trustees and volunteers to fill vacancies—
	there has been no requirement to recruit or appoint any further members
	this year.
	We have however, onOSCR recommendation, developed training and
	onboarding processes forwhenwe are in a position to take on more
	trustees and volunteers. This will consist ofthe reviewing ofthe
	constitution and attending face to face training, which can mean in
	person or online via Zoom in real time, where all processes will be
	explained and detailed and then assessed for understanding by the
	current trustees.
Objectives and activities
Charitable purposes	To help break the cycle ofcrime by offering support and education
	programmes to address any issues that might perpetuate offending
	behaviour.

Summary ofthe main activities	Deliver educational classes on being a good citizen upon release so that
in relation to these objects	offenders can learn to become productive members oftheir communities
	and society in general, learning social and life skills to assistthem
	gaining meaningful employment and successfully reintegration into their
	communities.
