**What the charity does:** Provide sporting activities for people aged 4 years old, up to and including adults, who have a range of physical, learning and communication difficulties, to increase their confidence and promote good mental health and physical well being. Provide support to financially disadvantaged families through access to sporting programmes, pathways and equipment. Support aspiring community coaches through relevant coursework and mentoring, to strengthen their capabilities, leading to further accreditation and employment opportunities. Engage with sports clubs/community clubs to run ASN events encouraging a more inclusive community environment.

**Objectives:** 4.1 The advancement of public participation in sports to  4.1.1Provide sporting activities for people, aged from 4 years old, up to and including adults, who have a range of physical, learning and communication difficulties, to increase their confidence and promote good mental health and physical wellbeing  4.1.2Provide support to financially disadvantaged families through access  to sporting programmes, pathways and equipment  4.2  The advancement of community development to  4.2.1Support aspiring community coaches through relevant coursework and mentoring, to strengthen their capabilities, leading to further accreditation and employment opportunities  4.2.2 Engage with sports clubs/community clubs to run ASN events, encouraging a more inclusive community environment  4.3  The relief of those in need by reason of disability to   4.3.1Gain more confidence by providing opportunities through community and sporting events.   4.3.2 Access to support for coaching qualifications and sporting pathways  through mentoring and inclusive community projects
