**Objectives:** The Groups Purposes are: 4.1 To promote the advancement of learning through the use of digital tools, innovative technologies and integrated teaching methods. To provide computer and IT services such as website development, online learning, and tutor development.  4.2 To advance community development and active citizenship through partnership work, volunteer recruitment and increasing the numbers of people able to go online. To support community groups access and experience new technologies.
