Objectives: Purposes 3 The organisation's purposes are: a. To promote the wellbeing of the community and inhabitants of the parishes of Hoy & Walls and its environs without distinction of sex, sexuality, political, religious, or other opinions by association with the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and residents in a common effort to promote educational, cultural, social and other leisure and recreational activities among its members, and to foster a community spirit for the achievement of these so that their conditions in life may be improved. In furtherance of this: b. To maintain and manage the HOY & WALLS COMMUNITY GARDEN SCIO for activities promoted by the Group and its constituent members and any other premises associated therewith in every respect as may seem appropriate.
