Active Seniors is set up to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of seniors, we do this by providing opportunities for seniors to be active, socialise with old and new friends and participate in their community.
Objectives: Purposes The organisation's purposes are: To provide recreational activities which will further the mental and physical health of people who are over the age of 50 and reside within North West Glasgow to improve their conditions of life. To advance community development and community integration for people who are over the age of 50 and reside within North West Glasgow.
