clcct¢d or re-elected for a t¢nrA of 3 years in a Church Annual Gcneral Meeting and also serve as Deacons.

Charitable
The aims of the church as set out in the Consts'lution, are the advancement of the Christian faith. primarily in
Alva, and also through0￿ Scotland and the rest of the World, by all means consistent with the teachings of the
Christian Bible. including but not limited to. wurship. ministry. mission. praycr. witncs5, education, community
service, and the supwrt of agencies and individuals and oiher charitable organisations involved in Chrisiian
missionary work and the reliefof w)verty or other social needs.
Church-based and communi
activities
The adminislralion and forms of worship of the previous charity have continued unchanged under Ihe new
SCIO. and the use of Zoom on a Sunday morning for anyone unable to attend in person has likewise continued.

Continuing to supply financial SUp￿rt to other charitable organisations.
Hostinbp meetings of the Forth Valley Recovery Group - an organisation which offers mutual support
to p¢ople with addiction issues.
Holding a weekly 'Yoast Club" lo offer warm spaccs to thosc with h¢ating issues.
Holding a Thursday "Craft Group" to offer an additional resource to those in the surrounding area.
We continued throughout the year without a pastor, which afforded us the opportunity to enhancc the building
and facilities and Cffcct necessary repairs, all with the aim of better achieving our objectives as a charilable
org&inisation. Thc costs involved in this ¢xciLise are described as outreach costs.

During th¢ period under consideration. the Church was without a pastor or any other ernployee. There are
therefore no costs included in these accounts relating to pastoral or employee outBoings. None of the "I'rustees
listed received any remuneration for services or expenses, except for the reirnbursement ot"amounts expended

Reserves
The absence of pastoral costs for the entire period had created a greater surplus than previously possible.
Advantage was taken to coniinue and extend the process of carryin¥ out repairs and T¢novalions within the
church. The Trustc¢s r¢gard the r¢sidual reserves of £72.890.62 at 31" Maich 2025 as being adequate for the
foreseeable future.
