## **HEC ABERDEEN REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES FOR THE 7 MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2024** 

The trustees present their report with the financial statements of the charity for the 7 Months ended 30 September 2024. The trustees have adopted the provisions of the Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) 

## **Objectives and activities** 

The objectives of HEC Aberdeen are the advancement of the Christian religion and the prevention or relief of poverty. 

## **Financial Review** 

No transactions took place during this period. 

## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

The Charity was constituted as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) on 16 February 2023. It is controlled by its governing document, the Constitution of HEC Aberdeen. The trustees are responsible for the governance and management of the charity and  for setting appropriate strategy and policies to ensure the objectives of HEC Aberdeen are met.
