We provide activities and small groups which support and enable older people address social isolation and loneliness. Some groups are run by older people themselves, facilitated by a staff member. some recruit volunteers, many of whom are older, to assist group members to recover confidence and find new ways of dealing with the challenges of ageing, for example tackling digital exclusion.
