**What the charity does:** HALO is a non-profit charity dedicated to supporting babies and children up to the age of 18 years.  Our mission is to provide essential items such as clothing, formula milk, nappies, toiletries, prams, cots, and more to families in crisis. We operate on a model of community collaboration, collecting donations from both individuals and businesses and redistributing them to those in need. Our business model revolves around building partnerships with local authorities, support agencies, schools, and other charities to identify families requiring assistance and deliver care packages tailored to their specific needs. We operate efficiently, utilising a mix of both new and pre-loved items to maximise our impact while promoting sustainability and responsible resource management.

**Objectives:** The charitable purposes of the organisation are to provide: Prevention and relief of poverty by providing assistance for and to meet the needs of children and parents/carers disadvantaged by financial hardship, and to provide material assistance of the articles associated with the care and development of children.  We will achieve this by working in partnership with Health & Social Care agencies, schools, and other bodies to achieve the purposes
