The objectives of the Incorporation of Old weave￿ in Paisley Sao will be the prOv￿lon of financial
support to desemng persor)s and community causes.
The SCIO if activated will be a successor to the Incorporètion of Old Weavers in Paisley, Scottish
Charity Number SC008468. The Incorporation, SC(K)8468, was working towards reorganisation as an
SCIO however its Trustees have now agreed to proceed with reorganisation of the existinE Charity by
adopting a new and up to date constitution. Once QSCR approve the reorganisation application the
new constitution of SCCKJ8468 ￿11 be adopted by the Trustees that tharity. Thereafter it is the
intention of the Trustees of the Sao SC052251 to seèk appr￿￿1 from OSCR to dissolve said SCIO.
