**What the charity does:** Jordan’s Addison’s Disease Awareness exists to raise awareness on Addisons disease to educate, support and save lives with knowledge.   We are set up to raise awareness, improve understanding, and save lives by educating the public, professionals, and families about Addison’s disease and adrenal insufficiency. Early recognition is vital, and we work to reduce misdiagnosis by sharing clear, accessible information about symptoms, crisis prevention, and emergency care.  We do this through education campaigns, community outreach, presentations, giving an online presence, events, resources for patients and carers, and collaboration with healthcare providers. We also provide emotional support, reassurance, and practical guidance to those navigating diagnosis, treatment, and daily life with a rare condition through our website.   At the heart of our work is compassion, advocacy, and empowerment because awareness doesn’t just inform, it protects.
