The Nest Wellbeing Group is a community-led organisation that amplifies local voices to ensure change is meaningful and driven by those who live in Cumnock and the surrounding area. We tackle poverty and deprivation by addressing the challenges and barriers faced by local people, particularly those who are underrepresented or on the margins of the community. We provide a home from home, offering a safe environment where people embrace their true self. Our work is driven by community insight and leadership, shaped by our core values – compassion, hope, togetherness, integrity and love. This sense of ownership creates trusted, inclusive environments where people feel they belong and feel heard. Our programme is delivered under 4-key strands. Health & Wellbeing, Learning & Development, Recovery and Space. by qualified and experienced staff, visiting practitioners and complemented by a dedicated group of volunteers. The Nest is a place of dignity, healing, and hope for all.
