experience and expertise to manage the charity and deliver on the charity's objective5. The Board of Trustee5 was

The Board of Tru51ee5 Is the 8overnln8 and rnana8ement bth responslble for the control and management of all the charltls
att￿￿1￿5. The Board meets monthly.
The Board has a strong understand5￿ of the key rlsks the chaTity and the undeTlyinB projRrt and h25 developed a Risk
Managernent Framework which details the risk culture, risk appetlte arKI rlsk management and miiigation pro￿5$ within the
or8anlsatlon.
The wrtrd of donated funds and expenditure is a key consideration for the Trustees, and thls is tlghtly monltored with all
