OBJECTIVES AND ACTivrriES
Objects of the charlty
The Calderglen Communty SCIO (Scollish Charitable IncoryN)raled Oryanisationl was established
with a mission to enhance sports and ￿￿atIOn faciliti.es in Ihe village of Lochwinnoch. Our goal is
to improve the well-being of tximmunrty members by revilalising the wblie park and promoting
heahh and wellbeing IhrcNJgh physical aclivty-
1.2 Objectlves and Acllvltl•s
Phase 1: Foundatlon and MalntsnanG•
Objectlve.. Eslablish a solid fcyjndatson by purchasing the maintenance equipment needed to
maintain the recrealional ground in LoChWinn(￿h Public Park.
Status: Complete.
Phase 2: A*•et Transfèr
Objectlve". Appty the asset transfer of the m8in reueational s￿rt area within Lochwinn¢)ch
public park.

Many of our trustees have deep roots in Lochwinnoch and the surroundiThJ areas.
Our plan aims lo encourage ecKnmunity members to focus on well-being and active
lrfestyles.
Once the fa￿lItieS are crf the required Standard. we wll make them available to the
many communty groups in the village who may benefit from improvements in physical
health and well-being.

Successful completion of all four phases of our plan will allow us lo offer thg general

not-for-profit basis for the benefit of the local commvnty.

wrthin the charity.
Resor¥es
The footb811 side of the charity is very light on cost. The ffK7nth-tc￿rn0nth donations from players and
officials coMforta￿Y covef the runnir4J costs involved.
This means thal the bulk of our lundraising activths will remain focused on raising the cash neede(I lo
improve the sporting facilities in the wllage. The general winciple of the charity will be to carelully manage
8ny cash reseNes so Ih8t the majority of the money is being re-invested lo improve the facilities made
available to help us delNef against the objects oullined earlier in the report
STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The Calderglen Crxnmunty SCIO was granted slatus as a ScA)ttish Charbtable Incorporated Organisation
(SCIO) by the Scottish Charity Regulator IOSCRI on 10 Octot*r 2023.
