Statement of Responsibililies of Trustees & Independent Examiner
The chanty's trustee5 are responsible the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the terms of the Charities and Trustees Investment (Scot13ndl 2005
Act and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulatsois 2006. The charity trustees
consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 1011)Idl of the A￿UnIS Regulations
does not apply. It Is my resFonsibility lo examine the accourts as required under
Secti￿ 4411) Ic) of the 2005 Act and to state whether Farticular matters have come to
my attenkn'on.
Basis of independent Examinerfs statement
My examination 15 carried out under the Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts
(sco￿and) Regulations 2006. An examination indudes a review of accounting recorcl
kept by the charity and a comparison ot the accounts presented wrth those records. li
also includes consideration of any unusLal Item5 or tisclosures in the accounts and
seeks explanations from the trustees concerning any such rnatte￿. The procedures

These accounts have been prepared on the re￿iptS and payments basis in
accordan￿ with the Charities & Trustee Investment (Scotlandl Act 2005
and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended)
2. Nature and purpose of funds
Reslricled funds & grants are those that may be used al the discrets'on of the
trustees in furtherance of the objecbves of the chanty. During the year. the
chanty received nil restricted funds.
3. Related party transactions
No remuneration was paid to trustees or any connected persons during the
year.
