Cumbernauld Cottage Trust SCIO (SC052026)
Annual Report
It was noted with regret that the Cottage was badly damaged by fire during the year and much of the roof has was burnt. This is a listed building and the Trustees are unaware of North Lanarkshire Council’s plans for it.
Work has been ongoing on design of the interactive boards. This has been slower than hoped due to availability of designer.
It is expected the work will be completed within the next few months and the Charity will then be wound up as its purpose can no longer be met.
The accounts were adopted and all existing office bearers were re-elected.
