**What the charity does:** Street Friends Helping People in Need provide outreach services to those in immediate need of food and refreshments within the city centre of Aberdeen.  Our aim is to alleviate the effects of poverty and hunger and provide a friendly support and signposting service to the homeless community.  Through our outreach service we provide hot drinks, toiletries, warm clothing and blankets to those in need and also provide emergency food when the local foodbanks are closed on the weekends.  These items are distributed by a team of volunteers from our well stocked carts following a regular route along Union Street, six days per week.

**Objectives:** The company's objects are:  1) The provision of food, clothing and other necessities for anyone in need without judgement, prejudice or favour. No fees shall be charged for any goods or services provided by the group under any circumstances.  2) Reaching out to offer support to anyone who needs it.  3) Working in partnership with other bodies to achieve mutual goals that are beneficial to the community and to individuals within our community.
