I report to the Trustees and Members of Lenzie Rugby Charitable Trust (Registered Charity
No. SC051994) on the accounts for the year 30 September 2025 *thich are set out on pages 3

The Charity's Trustees are responsible for the preparab'on of accounts in accordance with th8
terms of th8 Charibes and Trustee Investment (Scotlandl 2CN35 Act and the Charities Accounts
(Scotlandl Regulations 2006 {as amended). The Charity Trustees consid8r that the audit
requirement of Regulation 10{1)Idl of the 2006 Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my
r8sponsibility lo examine the aecounts as required under section 44(11(c) of the Act and to
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

My examination is carried out in al￿rdance with regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts
(Scotland) Flegulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept
by the charty and a comparison of th8 accounts presented with those re￿rds. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the ac￿unts. and Seeks explanations
from the Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures uridertaken do noi provid8 all
the evid8n¢e that would be required in an audit. and consequ8ntly, I do not expr8ss an audrt
opinion on the view given by the accounts.

In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
1. Whlch gives me reasonable cause to believe that In any material respect the
requir8m8nts:
. To keep accounting records in accordance with section 44(1){a) of the 2005 Act and
Regulation 4 01 the 2006 Accounts Regulali0￿. and.,
b. To prepare accounts which accord wilh the accounting records and comply with
Flegulation 9 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations.

understanding of the accounts to be reached.

The Charity is regulated by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulalor.
The rnain object of the Charty is to athance public participation in the sport of rugby union in
the area of Lenzie. Scolland.
In the year ended 30 September 2025 the undemoled was selected for continued 8UPPOrt:
Lenzie Rugby Football Club Clubhouse Renewal Project.
In total £53,740 was r8c8ived from variou8 activities and donats'ons during the year. No grants
or awards were made for the year, and no costs or administration charges were incurred for
direct charitable actmties undertaken by the club. No remuneration Of expenses were paid to
the Trustees.

The Trustees will decide on the resepM8 to be maintained by the Charty based upon the
contemplated projects and awards that are planned in the future.
