Better Lives had provided help in our local community to the elderly people especially those who does not speak English to make appointments with GP and Citizens Advice Bureau, help making applications for benefits if they are eligible, bus passes, etc and provide translation/ Interpretation services. Also on some occasions diy and packing/moving facility was provided for elderly who could not afford to get these services. These services provided were very much appreciated by the local community as it gave them peace of mind and support during their time of need
