Objectives: The object of the Charity is: 3.1 For the public benefit to promote the education (including social and physical training) of people under the age of 25 years in the United Kingdom in such ways as the Charity Trustees think fit, including by: 3.1.1 awarding to such persons scholarships, maintenance allowances or grants tenable at any university, college or institution of higher or further education. 3.2 Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the 2005 Act and/or section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
