It has six growing areas, a polytunnel and a sensory garden. Our lead gardener is on site twice a week, when we encourage volunteers to come and work by sowing, planting, harvesting produce which is available to local people and food outlets for a small donation. Those already with skills can work unsupervised and would-be gardeners can learn alongside these folk. There are other handy person tasks which need doing. Everyone is welcome to just come and sit in the space, socialize or come to plant swap and BBQ events.
