| urng s nanca year, asows op reocae o a new, more visible venue with more floor space. Due to the new location, we get more passing footfall, which has increased our visibility in the community. Therefore, we were able to provide relief and support to greater numbers of people through our shop, outreach service, and community hub. We provided free clothing and household items to over 7,000 individuals during the reporting period. This was a 40% increase on last year's numbers. Outreach Service: For those who cannot come to the Shop due to travel constraints, we continued to offer essential clothing and hygiene products to asylum seekers in state-provided accommodation. Online Shop: Since moving to the new shop with better facilities, Maslow's has grown its online shop. This included a volunteer taking the lead on organising, stocking, and running the online operations. This has offered both the opportunity for this volunteer to grow their skillset and for Maslow's to increase revenue. To date, feedback has been very positive from shoppers at our online store. |
