During this period, the Organisation had no actual charitable actiwty. STRUCTURE. GOVERNANCEAND MANAGEMENT The Organisation is constituted as a Charitable IrOrporated Organisation (CIO) and registered with the Office of the Scottish Charrty Regulator (OSCR) on 27 July 2022. Govamlng document The Organisation is govemed by rts Constitution. Wbth a Board of Trustees who meet regularly to manage the Oiganisation. The re8ponsibilty for the da -to-da administration of the Organisation has been delegated to Manager. Recruitment and appointment of trustees The poVr to appoint and remove Trustees resls wilh the Trustees. The minimum number of Trustees per the Trust Deed is three and the maximum number is ten. At present. the Trustees consider thal all relevant experience (financial, legal, musical and educational) is represented in the current trustee body. The Trustees will. however, continue to seek to recruit new trustees. Key management The TrUStS are the Organisation's key management. These Fersonnel are in charge of directing and for overseeing running and operation of the Organisation. OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES Purposes The organisations purposes a the advancement, promotion, encouragement and the fostering of public knowledge and apprecAats"on of the art of Mus, including contemporary chamber music in Scotland and worldwhye. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE Charltable Acllvlties The SCIO remained in start-up phase during this period.
FINANCIAL REVIEW There was no charitable activity during this perK)d. Any administrative expense was covered by private donations. FUNDRAISING In February 2024 Maxwell Quartet Music (Chanty No. SC051878) submitted an inrtial funding proposal for the project Bridging.. East Lothian to funders. This project will run from 1 November 2024 - 31 October 2025.
