**What the charity does:** Braw Clan is an award-winning Scots language theatre company with a mission of making high quality and ambitious performance accessible to rural communities in Clydesdale and southern Scotland. Braw Clan has eight aims which we will work towards for the life of the company: • To preserve and promote the Scots language • To provide learning opportunities in the performing arts • To rapidly decarbonise our activity in line with Scotland’s net zero target • To be a viable, financially sustainable company and Fair Work employer • To support socially disadvantaged people and spark change in communities we serve • To manage our delivery activities efficiently and effectively • To address overrepresentation so the whole of society is represented at all levels of our organisation • To be a sought-after partner for organisations which share our vision, ambition and values
