The charivs trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance Wlth the tèrms of the
Charities and Trustee Investment Iscotlandl 2(X)5 Act and the Charities Accounts1Scotlandl Regulations 2rKJ6
las amended). The charity trustees consider that the 3tJdii requirement of Regulalion 10111 Idl of the
Accounts Regulations does riot apply. tt is responsibility to examine the account5 as required under
sertion 44{1) Icl of the Act and to stste whether matters have tome to my attention.
My examlnation 15 carried out in accordance wlth Regulation 11 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations. An
examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity aod a comparison of the account%
presented wlth those records. It also includes tonsideration of any unusual ttems or disclosures in the
accounts and seeks explandtions from ihe trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken
do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and. consequently, I do not expres5 an
audit opinion on the vlew given by the accounts.
In the course of my examrnatlon, no matter has ¢ome to my attention.
which gives me reasonable cause to bèlieve that ITr any material respect the requirements=
to keep accounting records in accordarbce with section 4411) lal of the 2005 Art and Regulation 4 of the

to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with Regulation 9 of the 2006
