|**Summary of the main achievements of**<br>**the charity during the financial period**|At all the events mentioned, SCH has succeeded in offering diverse types<br>of training to a wide range of people in the dynamics of creative<br>intelligence. This training specialises in developing creative strategies for<br>problem-solving, team and leadership training, and community support. It<br>is also directed towards developing a wide range of artistic and creative<br>skills through teaching, demonstration, and activation.<br>Our organisation has offered many opportunities for people to develop<br>skills and confidence through participation in event teams in the UK and<br>international teams in the USA and South Africa.<br>Our small paid staff have joined our growing network of volunteers,<br>seeking to offer skill development and personal support to several<br>thousand people we have interacted with via our activities throughout the<br>year. We have seen very encouraging results, with interest and<br>engagement in our organisation steadily growing across the UK and<br>various nations.<br>We have also continued to develop training materials, events, and<br>collaborative partnerships.<br>We maintain the website www.streamcreativehouse.co.uk to advertise.|

## **STREAMS CREATIVE HOUSE SCIO** 

## **REPORT OF THE INDEPENDENT EXAMINER TO THE TRUSTEES** 

I report on the financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 July 2024. 

## _Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner_ 

The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 (the 2005 Act) and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (the 2006 Regulations).  The charity’s trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1) (a) to (c) of the 2006 Regulations does not apply. 

It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under section 44(1) (c) of the 2005 Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. 

## _Basis of independent examiner’s report_ 

My examination was carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Regulations. An independent examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the financial statements presented with those records.  It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters.  The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and, consequently, no opinion is given as to whether the financial statements present a ‘true and fair view’ and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below. 

## _Independent examiner’s statement_ 

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention 

1. which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements: • to keep accounting records in accordance with section 44(1) (a) of the 2005 Act and Regulation 4 of the 2006 Regulations; and 

   - to prepare financial statements which accord with the accounting records and to comply with Regulation 8 of the 2006 Regulations 

have not been met; or 

2. to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the financial statements to be reached.
