INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORTtolheTRUSTEES ol ROTARY CWB OF CLYDEBANK CHARITY SCIO
I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 30th June 2025 which are set out on pages 3 to 5
es andftxaiiii
The chariy's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordan￿ with the terrns of the
Charities and Trustee Investment IScotland} Act 2￿5, and the Charities Accounts (Scotlandl Regulations
2006 las amended). The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation Iolllldl of the
2006 Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under
Section 44llllcl of the Art and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
My examination 15 carried out in accordance wrth Regulation 11 of the 2006 Account5 Re8ulations. An
examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
attounts presented with these records.
It also includes conslderatlon of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeks explanations
from the trustees concernin8 any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence
that would be required in an audit, and consequentty I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by
the actounts.
In the course of my examlnatlon no matter has come to my attention-
which Bives me reasonable cause to believe that in any materlal respert the requirements
lal To keep accounting records in accordance wlth Sectlon 4411llal of the 2005 Act and Re8ulatlon 4
of the 2006 Accounts Regulations- and
Ib) To prepare accounts which ac￿rd with the accounting records and comply with Regulation 9 of
the 2006 Accounts Regulation have not been met. or
21 to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understandin8 of the
accounts to be reached.
