FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025
The trustees present their report and the financial statements for the year ended 31[st] March 2025. The financial statements comply with the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended), the charity's Constitution, and Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS102) (effective 1 January 2019).
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
Take Me Somewhere (TMS) will advance and further charitable purposes by advancing education for the public benefit through the promotion of the arts, in particular, but not exclusively, the art of drama and performance.

Our Aims:
AIM 1: To be Scotland’s national organisation for radical performance, providing unparalleled support to Scottish artists, encouraging ambition.
Take Me Somewhere have supported & commissioned some of the most acclaimed performances to come out of Scotland in the past 10 years. It’s essential that Scottish radical performance makers have the best possible conditions to create works of quality and rigour. Due to the lack of sufficient development infrastructure for radical performance in Scotland with the loss of organisations such as NRLA & The Arches, we have found we must work ambitiously to deliver year- round sector support & a boundary pushing international Festival in order to achieve our Vision.
AIM 2: To embed internationalism into all of our working.
Take Me Somewhere’s exemplary international reputation has grown year on year. We have a strong track record in the creation of & participation in global projects and networks. For Scottish arts to thrive we need to ensure work and ideas travel in and out of the country to maintain our reputation as an innovative cultural nation & contribute to Scotland’s cultural economy. We continue to develop forward-thinking approaches in the context of increased costs, Brexit & the climate crisis to ensure Scotland isn’t left out of global networks, learning, opportunity and funding streams.
AIM 3: To create the conditions for those who are marginalised to thrive within our program and organisational structure.
We are recognised as a sector leader in creatively integrated accessibility provision, representational programming & equitable working practice, as well as a home for Scottish audiences to hear lesser heard perspectives, contributing to societal understanding & changemaking. In order to meet the diverse needs of artists, audiences & workers in what can be a hostile environment, we must adopt careful, flexible approaches including suitable lead-in times, bespoke access support and considered research in networks and projects outside of Europe & North America, with skilled staff and appropriate resourcing.
AIM 4: To effectively engage a broad range of communities providing experiences of value through radical performance.
Radical performance has a particular strength in creating work by and for under-served communities. We have a vast, diverse audience (33,586 attended the 2023 Festival). In order to ensure that the work is able to reach its widest possible audience, we require nuanced, bespoke & long-form engagement to build relationships of trust & reciprocity with communities.
AIM 5: To be a sustainable and responsive organisation of the future.
Take Me Somewhere have delivered 5 International festivals & year- round sector support to great acclaim. We have leveraged significant international funding & shifted the cultural landscape of Scotland. When working with artists at the forefront of new thinking, we must match that with innovative, ethical & properly resourced management processes & pioneer new approaches to the climate crisis.

OUR ACTIVITY
Introduction
2024/25 was an important year for Take Me Somewhere. At the start of the financial year, in April, a submission was made to Creative Scotland’s Multi Year programme after a significant period of business planning and many years of developing the company on project funding.
In January 2025 the company learned that this funding proposal had been successful, with 3 year funding secured from 1st April 2025, albeit at 78% of what was requested. This was an important milestone and the first time the charity has secured core funding. In a further demonstration of the strength of the charity’s vision and mission, 3 year funding was also secured from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation.
In terms of our artistic programme, the emphasis shifted from festival delivery towards our artist development initiative, Studio Somewhere. Our activity in 2024/25 included a variety of support programmes designed to contribute towards creating the best possible conditions for radical, innovative performance to be created and experienced in Scotland.

Developing the 2025 Take Me Somewhere Festival:
Whilst the focus in 24/25 was on Studio Somewhere, festival planning took place as follows;
1) Commissions
-
Supporting the development of ambitious, large-scale new work through our New Dimensions Award.

Supporting Scottish Artists to make new ambitious work through seed commissions.
2) Presentations
- Planning and designing a programme of national and international presentations in advance of the October 2025 festival.
3) Exchange & Connect
- Preparing funding proposals in advance to the British Council to support our delegate programme in 2025.
Business Development:
Within the year there were also significant developments in the operations of the company.
Multi Year Funding Submission
The company’s success in securing Multi Year Funding will allow it to focus on securing funding from other sources and enable more long-term/advance funding submissions to be made.
Business Planning 2025-2028
The Multi Year submission also saw the conclusion of a careful and detailed Business Planning process for the years 2025-2028, and a complementary suite of policies and action plans (Fair Work, Climate, EDI, Hate Crime, Safer Spaces, Trans Inclusion, Anti-Racism) as well as complementary Audience Development/Communications strategies. It also involved detailed approaches to Risk Assessment, SWOT Analysis and financial forecasts.
Fundraising
Many applications were submitted to support our work and charitable objectives, including a major (and highly competitive) submission process to the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, which was successful. Other applications were submitted to the British Council, Glasgow City Council, various trusts/foundations as well as approaching businesses for potential sponsorship.
Studio Space/Office Space
The lease for our Studio and Office also came to an end in January 2025. The team researched future suitable spaces throughout the year and have been given 4 desks in kind from Tramway until a permanent solution is found.
HR
interim period as Executive Director came to an end in February, having handed back to at the end of the calendar year, following her return from Bereavement Leave (March 24 - November 24). Recruitment also took place - following an open and inclusive recruitment process - for an Event Producer (fixed term contract) to assist in producing the upcoming festival.

Risks
As part of Business Planning a comprehensive Risk Analysis was undertaken. This document has been designed to identify the top 10 risks to provide greater clarity for the purposes of business planning, whilst at the same time identifying in some detail all foreseeable risks across the company. This includes risks faced in reputational management in an increasingly polarised society. These risks are reviewed regularly by the Executive team and quarterly by the board of trustees.
Finance
Towards the end of the year the company began working with a new Accountancy Firm who would prepare quarterly management accounts and put in place a new financial system. The company also opened a new bank account with The Cooperative Bank following a review of more ethical banking practices.
DETAILED ARTISTIC PROGRAMME
STUDIO SOMEWHERE: MENTORSHIP & SKILLS
1) Residencies
In total we supported 76 artists throughout 2024 through our commitment to Mentorship and Skills development of artists working in our sector.
1.1) Open Call Spring Residencies
We hosted 4 funded residencies selected via open call by a panel of artist peers in our Studio Somewhere space in Tramway. Priority was given to establishing interdisciplinary artists working in innovative ways and is not directly connected to the festival programme. Mentorship sessions are provided as well as connection moments between all selected artists. Funded artists were:

1.2) Graduate Residencies
In collaboration with Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Tramway we offered three recent graduates one of their first residencies on leaving further education. This programme encouraged graduates to see themselves as participating in the industry from an early period. Artists supported were .

1.3) In Kind Residencies
Free access to our Studio Space (without any additional financial or producer support) was given to a further 8 artists. These are artists who are developing an idea or their practice, or who might feature within the next festival.
1.4) Buzzcut Emergent Artists Award
The Emergent Artist Award ran in collaboration with Buzzcut as a year-long development opportunity for two Scotland based artists, . We
partnered with Buzzcut to offer these early career artists funding and residency time in the studio to develop their practice.
2) Studio Somewhere Invites
Scotland-based artists invite leading practitioners from across the world as part of Studio Somewhere Invites. These are workshops that intend to make a positive impact on the local artist community. We ran a workshop by Italian/Armenian artist Giorgia Ohanesian Nardin including elements of movement, writing and divinatory practices in partnership with CCA.
3) Somewhere To Talk
Our one-on-one sessions for artists to speak with a member of the Take Me Somewhere team or guest artist took place again throughout 2024. These sessions were a place for focused, tailored advice for an artistic project or consider the next steps in artists practise. We also hosted sessions for artists to speak with producers from Claire Cunningham Projects. 31 Artists took part and were paid for their time in attending.

STUDIO SOMEWHERE: NETWORKS & PROJECTS
1) Artists Elsewhere
1.1) Scotland focus at Actoral, Marseille
Artist Elsewhere supports Scotland-based artists to become an integral part of international projects of scale and ambition, working as performers & collaborators. When researching & commissioning international projects we advocate for inclusion of Scottish artists in the making process & future touring, wherever possible.
Supported by British Council France, Take Me Somewhere joined forces with Actoral to develop touring pathways and artistic connections between Glasgow & Marseille across 2024. We collaborated on a focus of Scottish performance at Actoral Festival in October 2024, which shone a light on artists making cutting edge work in Scotland.
shared their internationally acclaimed production The Making of Pinocchio (4 & 5 October), a reworking of Collodi's tale that tells a magical story of love and transition and a lying puppet who wants to be a real boy. brought an iteration of her award winning new performance, through warm temperatures (3 & 4 October) which foregrounds the relationship between health and embodiment practices that centres individuals’ diasporic interpretations of well-being.

In addition, performed as part of a Cabaret hosted by Miss Plastica (5 October), drag queen, alter ego and research subject of the Lithuanian multidisciplinary artist . Scottish work was seen by 450 audience members, as well as international programmers and delegates.

1.2) Mamoru Iriguchi - Vietnam
We also supported Scottish artist to submit a proposal to the British Council Connections Through Culture Grant scheme to support his artistic development and develop exchange opportunities in Vietnam. This project sees connections of depth built between Vietnam and Scotland through experimental contemporary performance, a field that has just started to gain recognition in Vietnam.
Through artists’ mutual visits consisting of Take Me Somewhere festival attendance, performances, talk and workshop, and short residencies, this project will be an opportunity of peer learning and connection that will lead to future collaborations. There will be a reciprocal trip of Vietnamese artists and arts managers in attending the Take Me Somewhere Festival in October 2025.
1.3) Performing Borders
performingborders is a curatorial research-platform that explores the relations between live art and notions and lived experiences of intersectional and transnational borders. We supported one Scottish artist to participate in their 2024 cohort.
2) Embedded Creations
We hosted 2 Embedded Creations in 2024/25. Embedded Creations are research residencies for international artists who are due to present at a future Festival, and supports them to form deep engagement with Scotland’s artists and audiences prior to presentation through introductions, studio visits & research trips.
Nate Yaffe (Montreal) making connections with Scottish artists and supporting the development of his new project Rot Hat . This relationship was developed through a CCOV, Montreal project in 2022.
In November Take Me Somewhere also welcomed Marseille based artist Némo Flouret to connect with Scottish artists and utilise our residency space Studio Somewhere, as part of the development of his new project. The Take Me Somewhere X Actoral exchange was funded by the British Council, UK/France Spotlight on Culture Programme.
3) Research Trips
The artistic team undertook research trips to advance future programmes which included Brighton Festival (UK), Festival TransAmériques/FTA (Montreal), Kunstenfestivals Des Arts (Brussels), Paris - Mexico Platform, Tanzmesse, Avignon Festival, Edinburgh Fringe, Short Theatre (Italy), Oostende (Brussels), Fierce Festival (Birmingham), Brighton.
4) Global South Project
We undertook partnership work with our peers in the Global South with a view to future projects, following on from relationships formed through our Delegate Programme.

STUDIO SOMEWHERE: SECTOR INITIATIVES
1) Take A Breath
We delivered our Take A Breath series of wellbeing sessions, created as an opportunity for pause, generosity and community cohesion, where artists can come together in experiences that centre their wellbeing and sit outside of the creation process.
3 artists were paid to lead with 27 participants taking part. Sessions included Grounding Sound tapestry with , Celebrating the Rambow Body with iii and Astrology and wellbeing with . “TMS created a warm inviting atmosphere, The space and the facilitatorfelt safe and enveloped me in calm.” Participant

2) Producer Placement
In 2024 we hosted a Mophradat funded Producer Placement:
‘It's notjust about the skills — the connections I've made in the arts community could open doors for collaborations or new opportunities down the line. Overall, these meetings were super informative and gave me a better grasp of the local arts scene.’
From Jan-April 2024, Mophradat and Take Me Somewhere (TMS) partnered to deliver an Artist fellowship for artist/producer Amr. Amr was selected for the fellowship via an open call conducted by TMS in Sept/Oct 2023.
The aim of the fellowship was for younger artists and curators from the Arab world to be able to learn about the professional art making world through hands-on assistantship and close exchange with their hosts, getting to know their practice and being introduced to skills, networks, resources, and communities in their field.

TAKE ME SOMEWHERE FESTIVAL
Whilst 2024/25 was a Studio Somewhere year, there was still a significant amount of work on festival planning particularly with Switzerland and Mexico. This has included setting the draft schedule, booking venues, recruiting freelance festival staff (production manager, festival producer). A substantial proportion of time has been spent fundraising, including applications to multiple trusts and foundations and British Council.

COMMISSIONS
1) New Dimensions Award 2025, Dan Daw ‘EXXY’.
The New Dimensions Award is a major collaboration between Battersea Arts Centre, Tramway, Transform, Attenborough Centre for the Creative Arts and Take Me Somewhere Festival. The development has been underway throughout 2024, with a view to presenting Dan Daw’s new work ‘EXXY’ in the 2025 festival. The partners have had several meetings with the artist; discussing budget, scale, team, access, touring and supporting the creative process as required.
This award is a long-term commitment from all partners involved with planning ahead for the 2027 award also taking place in the year.
2) Scottish Seed Commissions
Through this strand, we properly resource artistic development (fee, fundraising/producing support, studio time, production/presentation support, integrating access support, marketing/PR and industry connections) while raising Scotland’s artists ambition to create work of international work of scale and repute. In 2025 we provided support towards 3 Scottish based artists.
3) International Co-Commissions
A co-commission of ‘Handle With Care’ by Ontrorend Goed (Flanders). Ensuring Scotland is part of the global touring circuit, presenting work promoters will travel for. Working with one international company of stature, co-commissioned with peer festivals from across the globe, ensuring cross border connection and that the newest contemporary work makes its UK debut in Scotland. This work that travels without performers is part of our ongoing research into live performance and approaches to the climate crisis. The work will be presented within the October 2025 festival.
PRESENTATIONS
Throughout the year the artistic team continued to develop the programme for the festival through research trips to see new work and continue conversation with artists, peers, funders and partners.
EXCHANGE AND CONNECT
Delegate Programme
A funding proposal was submitted to the British Council within the year to fund a Delegate Programme in 2025. Funds were received in advance. The proposal focused on creation of an international Artist and Programmer delegate programme which will be delivered across the Take Me Somewhere Festival opening weekend Wednesday 15th - Sunday 19th October 2025.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
2024/25 was the last year where Take Me Somewhere was funded principally by Creative Scotland on a project basis through the Extended Fund Programme (providing funding from Jan 2024 - June 2025).
Summary of financial performance during the period
The results for the period and the financial position are set out in the attached financial statements. In summary, during the year ended 31 March 2025, the charity recorded net income of £4,170 on Unrestricted Funds (2024: net expenditure £246,299) and £8,338 net income on Restricted Funds (2024: net income of £58,203). Total Funds per the Balance Sheet amounted to £252,969 (2024: £240,461) of which £116,453 is Unrestricted (2024: £112,283) and £136,516 Restricted (2024: £128,178).
Fluctuations in Turnover:
The charity's financial cycle is based on a two-year period. Due to the cyclical nature of our operations, which see our Festival being delivered on a biennial basis, there are associated fluctuations in our accounts. Income is raised in the year preceding the festival, results in carry forward funds into the festival year and an increased turnover. This is evident in 2025 accounts, where our expenditure was significantly lower than in the preceding festival year, as well as observing fundraising in advance to contribute towards the festival in 25/26.
Restricted funds: £136,516
Within the year 24/25 restricted funds carrying forward from the previous year of £128,178 had mostly been spent (24/25), with the exception of DIG funds (£10,406), which will be carried forward and expended in the 1st quarter of 25/26.
Pertaining to 25/26, the first year of the Paul Hamlyn Foundation grant (£95,000) was received in February and carries forward as a restricted fund to be spent in 2025/26. Similarly, we received funding from the British Council (£10,000) for our delegate programme in advance. Creative Scotland Extended Fund restricted funds (£21,110) will also carry forward into 25/26 as per our application to support some first quarter activity.
Unrestricted Reserves: £116,453
£61,000 which covers 3 months’ running costs, as per the charity's reserves policy. A general fund of £55,453 will contribute to Festival 2025 delivery. Of our total expenditure in our accounts to March ‘25 (£200,447), 61% was spent on artists/programming costs. The remainder was spent on marketing (3%), Staffing (25%) and Other Overheads (11%, legal, insurance, finance).
RESERVES POLICY
The charity considers it necessary to hold free unrestricted reserves equivalent to 3 months operating costs against the forward forecasting budget of the next financial year. As the charity is currently funded on a project basis, such reserves are necessary to continue to fundraise, to cover the costs of any adverse events, to mitigate against the risks associated with the current budgetary and competitive funding landscape in which we operate.

The Trustees, having assessed the financial stability of the charity, consider the level of reserves to be currently adequate with an amount of £61,000 allocated. These are in a separate savings account.
PLANS FOR FUTURE PERIODS
The Take Me Somewhere Festival will take place in October 2025 with the majority of resources being directed towards its delivery.
In terms of the development of the charity focus will be given on securing additional funding through a more diverse income stream, with attention towards attracting multi year and core income through Trusts and Foundations, as well as support for international projects from the British Council and country specific funding streams.
STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Governing document
The charity was previously a company limited by guarantee (Take Me Somewhere Festival Limited with charitable status (granted on 29 April 2022). It was originally incorporated on 1 May 2018. It was converted to a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) effective on 13 January 2023.
The charitable company is governed by its Constitution effective on 13 January 2023.
Board Meeting Procedures
Members of the Board serve as trustees of the charity. The Board consists of two or more members, as the Board may determine, who are elected and/or confirmed in office by members at the Annual General Meeting. They serve for a period of three years, after which they are eligible for re-election. Office bearers are elected by the Board from amongst their members.
The charity ensures that new trustees have skills that will complement the existing structure of the Board.
The day to day running of the charity has been delegated by the trustees to , Executive Director who came back from Bereavement Leave in November 2024 and , Artistic Director. During the year covered leave for the period April - January 25.
Risk Management
The trustees have examined the major business and operational risks which the charity faces and have established systems to enable regular reports to be produced so that the necessary steps can be taken to lessen these risks.

STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES' RESPONSIBILITIES
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees' Annual Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
Charity law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charitable company and of the incoming resources and application of resources, including the income and expenditure, of the charity for that period. In preparing the financial statements, the trustees are required to:

select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently;

observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP;

make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent; and

state whether applicable UK Accounting Standards have been

followed, subject to any material departures disclosed and
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is
inappropriate to presume that the charity will continue in operation.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charitable company and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities and Trustee Investment Act (Scotland) 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended). They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charitable company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

I report on the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 set out on pages eighteen to twenty six.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. The charity’s trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1)(a) to (c) of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under Section 44(1)(c) of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of the independent examiner’s report
My examination was carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the financial statements presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements and seeks explanations from the Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the financial statements.
Independent examiner's statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:

(1) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect, the requirements

to keep accounting records in accordance with Section 44(1)(a) of the 2005 Act and Regulation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations; and

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Basis of accounting
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019) – Charities SORP (FRS 102), the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) and the Companies Act 2006.
Going Concern
At the time of approving the financial statements , the Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the charity has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Trustees consider there are no material uncertainties about the charity’s ability to continue as a going concern. Thus the Trustees continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.
Income
Items of income are recognised and included in the accounts when the charity has entitlement to the funds, any performance conditions are met (or are fully within the control of the charity), there is sufficient certainty that receipt of the income is considered probable and the amount can be measured reliably. Income is classified into the following categories:
Donations and Legacies - This comprises all income received by the charity that is in substance a gift made to it on a voluntary basis. It includes donations, membership fees, and grants, other than those whose conditions make them similar in economic terms to trading income (see Charitable activities below).
Charitable activities - This comprises all income received, earned both from the supply
of goods or services under contractual arrangements and from performance-related grants which have conditions that specify the provision of particular goods or services to be provided by the charity. It includes trading activities in furtherance of the charities objects and those grants, which have conditions, which make them similar in economic terms to trading activities.
Investment income - This comprises income earned from holding assets for investment purposes and includes interest receivable.

Expenditure
Expenditure is recognised once there is a legal or constructive obligation to make a payment to a third party it is probable that settlement will be required and the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure is classified into the following
Raising funds - This comprises all expenditure to raise funds for the charity and includes the costs of all non charitable trading activities.
Charitable activities - This comprises all expenditure on charitable activities to further the purposes of the charity together with those support costs incurred that enable those activities to be undertaken.
Tangible fixed assets
Items are included in the general fund at costs and are capitalised if their useful life is more than one year and their cost exceeds £500.Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

Fund accounting
- Unrestricted funds These are funds which the trustees are free to spend on activities that further the purposes of the charity
- Restricted funds These are funds which the donor has specified are to be solely used for particular purposes or areas of the charity's work.
Government and other grants
Income from government and other grants, whether capital or revenue in nature, is recognised when the charity has entitlement to the funds, any performance conditions attached to the grants are met (or are fully within the control of the charity), it is probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably and is not deferred.
Donation of services and facilities
Donated professional services and donated facilities are recognised as income when the charity has control over the item, any conditions associated with the donated item have been met, the receipt of economic benefit from the use by the charity of the item is probable and that the economic benefit can be measured reliably. In accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS 102), the general volunteer time of members is not recognised, although donated professional services received from Directors are recognised.

On receipt, donated professional services and donated facilities are recognised on the basis of the value of the gift to the charity which is the amount the charity would have been willing to pay to obtain services or facilities of equivalent economic benefit on the open market: a corresponding amount is then recognised in expenditure in the period of receipt.
Pensions
The Charity operates a defined contribution scheme and the pension charge (when applicable) included in the accounts represents the amounts payable by the company to the fund in respect of the year.

No employee received emoluments in excess of £60,000. , as mandated by the charity's constitution, received a salary of £22,000 as the charity's Artistic Director (2024: £22,492) and pension payments of £458 during the period (2024: £488).
During the year, total remuneration paid to key management personnel was £41,529.

9. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
Take Me Somewhere’s Festival Manager is also a director of another organisation, Buzzcut Festival CIC. During the period from April 2023 to March 2025 a transfer of funds was made from Take me Somewhere to Buzzcut to allow certain payments to be made on behalf of the charity. This was carried out in the normal course of business and no charge was made for this service. At 31 March 2025 no funds were owed between the two organisations (2024: Take me Somewhere owed £1,961 to Buzzcut)
