**What the charity does:** Tolsta Chaolais Harbour Development is a community-led charity established to improve local infrastructure, wellbeing, and economic resilience in Tolsta Chaolais, Isle of Lewis. Our purpose is to develop safe, accessible, and sustainable harbour facilities that reconnect the community with the sea, support marine activity, and strengthen social and economic opportunities. We do this by identifying local needs through consultation, developing practical infrastructure projects, securing external funding, and working with professional partners and local contractors to deliver high-quality, long-term solutions. We actively involve residents, user groups, and volunteers in planning and delivery, ensuring our projects reflect community priorities and create lasting benefit for current and future generations.

**Objectives:** 4. The objects of the organisation are the advancement of citizenship or community development by/through  4.1 Raising money for the development of a harbour at Tolsta Chaolais in the Isle of Lewis. 4.2 Building a new slipway in place of the existing, but unsuitable, slipway for launching boats. 4.3 Building a hardstanding for the parking of boat trailers. 4.4 Undertaking any other construction work or activities which will improve the harbour and be of benefit to the local community.
