The Charity is govemed by a written constitution. There are no restrictions imposed by the conslilulion on the way the Charity operates. Copies of the constitution are available on request. APPOINTM NT OF TRUSTEE AND ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE The administration of the chaiity is the iesptsnsibilty of the management committee which consists of office bearers and other ordinary members. Membership a5 detailed in Ihe conslilulion is open lo parents. guardians carers and ielalive5 of those who have an Aulistsc Spectwm Disorder and lo inte$ted pfofessionals or organisations with an interest in this area. Appoirtlment will be aulhorised by the management committee.
