**What the charity does:** The charity was established to help underrepresented voices within the creative industry. Over the years, we have fostered collaboration and supported each other, bringing people together to learn from one another and develop new skills. Our work builds confidence and resilience, and each year we expand our offerings through ongoing learning and development.  Our work in the community is through a range of activities, including workshops and play readings to develop creative skills, and performances—from Inchinnan Bowling Club to Lanternhouse in Cumbernauld which included a cast of 25. We also pursue initiatives that strengthen communal ties, such as the launch of a choir and collaborative events with partner organizations. Notably, we recently joined forces with the community choir Singing For Fun for a 60s sing-along at the Calton Centre in October 2025.
