The purposes of the Trust are the acquisition, future care, maintenance and operation for the public benefit of the Church of St Mary’s, Whitekirk, East Lothian, Scotland. The first two stages of this project have been achieved namely: 1) Fundraising, 2) Purchase of church. The Trust is now in its 3rd phase of operations namely the operation and maintenance of the Church as a venue serving the local community.

Beneficiaries: 'No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'

Objectives: Shall hold the Trust Fund and its income upon trust to apply them for the following object ('the objects') namely. 1. The acquisition future care maintenance and operation for such Charitable purposes for the public benefit as are exclusively charitable according to the Laws of Scotland of the Church of St Mary's Whitekirk East Lothian, Scotland EH42 1XS ('the Church')
