Structure Governanc¢ and Mana ement Constitution The charity is Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation la SCIOI, and the purposes and adminislralion arrangements are sel out in the charity's constitution. Basls of accounting These accounts have been prepared on the Receipts and Payments basis in accordance with the Charities & Trustee Investment Iscotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts IScotiand} Regulations 2006 {as amended). 2. Nature and purpose offunds Unrestricted funds are those that may be used al the discretion ofthe trustees in furtherance of the objects of the charity. 3.
