Our charity is set-up to support young people with mental health issues through sport and recreation. We fundraise to provide sport and recreation activities both in Scotland and in Ghana.

Objectives: 4.1 To provide sports and recreational equipment and/or facilities to promote mental and physical wellbeing and to enrich the lives of young people in Scotland and Ghana. 4.2 To campaign to improve sports and recreational equipment and/or facilities to promote mental and physical wellbeing and to enrich the lives of young people in Scotland and Ghana. 4.3 To provide the provision of regularly supported physical activity sessions to promote mental and physical wellbeing and to enrich the lives of young people in Scotland and Ghana. 4.4 To campaign to provide the provision of regular supported physical activity sessions to promote mental and physical wellbeing and to enrich the lives of young people in Scotland and Ghana. 4.5 To enable social participation of young people experiencing mental health problems. 4.6 To challenge the associated stigma of people experiencing mental health problems. 4.7 To raise awareness of mental illness and to advance the education of the public on the subject of mental health. 4.8 To campaign for the equality of treatment for people who experience both mental health and other forms of discrimination
