**What the charity does:** POYPIN, established September 2021 and founded by 4 trustees, aim to build diverse and inclusive opportunities for young people with individual needs to reach their full potential and become a valued part of their local community. These young people would ordinarily have their destinations mapped out in some form of personal development course that may often undervalue their skills and not necessarily enhance preparation for their journey towards employability. We have worked in business and academic partnership to support local businesses to enhance ways to become diverse and inclusive. All young people have been involved in planning their future, with bespoke skills training to facilitate their course choices and employability pathways. The project has worked in partnership with our Developing Young Workforce Co-ordinators and have developed bespoke work placements for all young people.
